Ugh, ChnLove is a total eyesore. The colors are so bright and garish that it’s almost painful to look at the site for more than five minutes. And don’t even get me started on the design – it looks like something out of an early 2000s Geocities page! It definitely needs some major UI improvements ASAP if they want people to take them seriously as a dating site.

The usability isn’t much better either; navigating around can be confusing and clunky at times, especially when you’re trying to find specific features or information about other users. Plus there doesn’t seem to be any sort of search function which makes finding what you need nearly impossible – talk about user-unfriendly! Even if you pay for one of their premium subscriptions, I’m sorry but there really aren’t many perks in terms of improving the overall design or usability experience… unless your idea of "improved" means making things slightly less ugly? All in all this website could use a serious makeover from top-to-bottom before anyone should consider using it as an online dating platform – trust me when I say this ain’t no match made in heaven!

If you’re looking for a dating site with good customer support, ChnLove isn’t the one. Don’t get me wrong – they have plenty of features and options to choose from when it comes to finding your perfect match, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I tried contacting them a couple of times in order to resolve some issues I was having while using the website, but never got any response back or even an acknowledgement that my message had been received. It felt like I was talking into thin air! And if there is someone out there who does respond – well let’s just say that getting help from them can be hit-or-miss at best; not exactly confidence inspiring stuff!

To make matters worse, their FAQ page doesn’t really offer anything useful either – so don’t bother trying it as nothing will come up except for generic information about how great they are (which we all know by now). Even then you won’t find many answers on this page since most questions remain unanswered due its lack of depth and detail which could easily solve user queries quickly without needing further assistance from actual staff members…if only those existed in the first place!

All things considered though what makes ChnLove stand out negatively is its slow response time when compared against other sites within this industry sector: no matter how hard you try reaching out via email or phone calls – expect little more than silence in return because these guys simply do not care enough about providing timely solutions nor efficient problem solving techniques which would benefit both parties involved (i.e customers & staff).
